MacEwan & Feagan Insurance Brokers is hiring!  We are searching for the right candidate to fill a 13 month maternity leave with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.  The start date is August 2019.

Customer Service & Broker Support

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Process changes on our Broker Management System including but not limited to; substitution/addition/deletion of vehicles, drivers, specific coverages, lessors/lienholders, property locations
  • Obtain all relevant information and backup documentation from the customer to process the change
  • Enter new policies  and make changes on the company portals, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information
  • Manage issues directly when appropriate and seek advice from Broker/Producer when necessary to ensure customer needs are met

Skills and Qualifications:

  • RIBO Level 1 Brokers License
  • Minimum 2 years property casualty insurance experience
  • Experience with Broker Management Systems and Insurance Company Portals
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
